Refund and Returns Policy
Travel Letters: Because of varying postage times, please allow two weeks delivery time within the US for Travel Letters, and 5 weeks for international. If you have not received a Travel Letter, please reach out to Maggie at email@example.com, and she will send you another one right away.
You may unsubscribe at any time by logging into your account.
Artwork: If anything is not bringing you joy about your artwork, please contact me within 30 days so that I can make things right for you.
All artwork is inspected and packed with extreme care. If something unfortunate did happen in transit, please contact us ASAP, and we will do everything in our power to fix the situation.
Classes: Once classes are purchased, Maggie will contact you to schedule the time and day. You are welcome to connect with her prior to purchasing to schedule the time. If your availability changes, please reschedule at least 48 hours before the class. If an agreeable time available, you will be funded. For in-person classes, in case of bad weather, a secondary location will be proposed, or a later date will be agreed upon. Refunds will be given in extreme situations when we can’t relocate or reschedule.
